Study on in vitro propagation of \(\textit{Vaccinium myrtillus}\) Linn. via nodal culture method

Vaccinium myrtillus Linn. is an imported fruit tree with high economic value. Currently, in Vietnam there has not been any publication on vitro propagation of the blueberry plant. This study focused V. by nodal culture. The results showed that shoot growth and proliferation were best when nodes cultured WPM medium supplemented 0.5 mg/L zeatin, 30 g/L sucrose, 10 agar, pH 5.8 (shoot height 4.24 cm, 1 shoot/explant, 8.60 nodes/shoot). third to sixth proved be suitable materials for myrtillus. shoots without activated charcoal (plant 3.92 nodes/shoot) better than those grown 3.64 7.90 For rooting stage, containing 1.0 IBA, resulted plant 5.49 root length 1.42 formation rate 100%. After transferring cultivated-tissue greenhouse, substrate coconut fibre powder, observed 6.94 3.18 survival 95%. plantlet increased overtime after 4 months greenhouse.
